Service and Calibration

At ISS we offer a range of aftersales and service packages to suit your needs from total care programmes that include routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration checks, to functional care (Bump Testing), annual servicing, repairs (including warranty repairs) and maintenance.

 

Service Options, at your convenience

We work closely with customers to understand times of high demand and offer service options and calibrations that fit around your schedule. This allows you to plan for maintenance time or outages and avoid forced downtime, which can have implications on productivity, reputation, and revenue.

Service can be carried out from our purpose-built workshop based at our head office, which supports a number of global clients or we can send a technician to your location.

If required, we can provide temporary short-term hire or loan equipment to prevent unnecessary downtime or any break in compliance.

We can provide service reports, traceable component data and certifications on work completed. We are happy to assist with the set-up for additional software options for the management of gas detection devices including service/testing data history.
