Dräger Safety offer a massive range of short-term gas detection tubes for the measurement of various gases. This particular set of tubes is for Acetone (40/a).
The tubes come in a pack of 10 tubes and have a shelf life of 2 years.

Reaction Principle:
Acetone + 2.4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine ~> yellow hydrazone.
Cross Sensitivity:
Other ketones are indicated but with different sensitivities. Aldehydes are indicated. 500 ppm ethylacetate does not affect the indication. Ammonia causes the indicating layer to turn yellowish brown.
