Gas control system design, installation, configuration and operation are made simple with Touchpoint Pro. The Touchpoint Pro is able to adapt to each unique system requirement thanks to its flexible 'building block' approach. An intuitive and easy to use configuration ensures that installation, set-up and ongoing maintenance costs are reduced, providing a solution that reduces the cost of on-site safety.
24/7 visibility of system status:
A Webserver interface is included in Touchpoint Pro's central controller, allowing users to remotely view status and event history, and acknowledge, reset or inhibit channels. This makes system monitoring and data analysis possible from remote locations with the use of multiple different devices such as smartphones and remote computers.
Flexible design:
The flexible nature of Touchpoint Pro's design means it can be freely configured to meet a variety of needs and demands. Touchpoint Pro’s modularity means that any system topology can be built, including centralised, distributed I/Os, or a mix of both.
Simple installation and maintenance:
Touchpoint Pro's unique design allows for simple and uncomplicated installation, setup and ongoing maintenance. The main key to this is the sensor catalogue, containing all of Honeywell Analytics' gas sensors, that comes preloaded onto the device. Each gas sensor listed also includes a full default configuration setting. The input channel settings can be configured from the sensor catalogue, resulting in a quick and easy three step configuration process, while the rest of the configuration will be loaded automatically.
Wide selection of inputs/outputs accepted:
The Touchpoint Pro Input/Output plug-in modules can be combined up to a maximum of 16 input modules (64 channels) and 32 output modules (128 channels). The Touchpoint Pro enclosure contains all the modules and the communication/power rail distributes the power. What makes Touchpoint Pro one of the most flexible controllers available is the fact that it accepts analogue, digital and relay modules.
Ergonomic user interface:
The user interface can be found on Touchpoint Pro's central controller. It provides users with an intuitive solution for system set-up and deployment and it also includes a full colour LCD touch screen. The interface contains easily accessible icons and drop-down menus that ensure the user experience is cohesive and efficient, making it simpler to commission even the most complex configurations.
